Craigslist flagger script has been updated

Craigslist flagger script has been updated:

Now it automatically randomly selects one of 3 flags (prohibited, miscategory ,spam)
Proxy file is now same for regular and PRO version of flagger script.
Ads for flagging is now can be set in simple txt file instead of csv file.
